Flyers
Below are three sizes of Donnis Trio flyers that you can print out on your computer. Simply print the flyers, and fill out the info for the show with a marker. Some of the files are large, so be patient. All files are in PDF format.
What info should be included?
In order of importance:
1. The name of the club
2. The date of the show
3. What time the show starts
Then, if there's still room:
4. Address of club
5. All ages / 21+
6. Ticket Price
What to do with the flyers?
Hang them in local record stores, clothing shops, coffee shops, campus poster areas, and any other spot in the local community where postering is allowed. Ask permission when it seems appropriate. We really don't want to see Donnis Trio litter all over town, so please be socially and environmentally conscious with the flyers!
The smaller flyers can also be put in short stacks in the same areas, where people can pick them up as they leave the shop, etc. It's also helpful to hand them to people attending similar shows in the area a week or two before the Donnis Trio show. For example, hang out in front of a club that's hosting a show by another acoustic rock act and hand them to people as they enter or leave the club. You can also hand them out to the kids smoking on the sidewalk.
For certain shows we will ask for volunteers to hand out/hang up professionally printed flyers or posters that we will mail to you.
